The Administrator of the data of the users of the aforementioned website is Incubly Hub sp. z o.o. The Administrator places particular emphasis on safeguarding the privacy of Users visiting the Website

a) Data provided voluntarily

The User may provide personal data, such as name, surname, email address, through the contact form or email contact. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to handle User’s inquiries.

b) Data collected automatically

In accordance with the practice of most websites, the server operating Administrator’s website records HTTP requests made to the server. The information recorded includes, but is not limited to:

  • the public IP address of the User’s device,
  • time of arrival of the query,
  • URL of the requested page,
  • server response code,
  • browser and operating system information,
  • screen resolution,
  • the address of the referring page (the so-called referer),
  • system error information.
     

This data is not attributed to specific individuals and is used solely for technical, statistical and security purposes.

3. Purposes and basis of data processing

Personal data is processed:

  • based on the User’s consent, if required (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).

The site uses cookies (so-called “cookies”), which are stored on the User’s device.

  • session cookies – deleted when the browser is closed, necessary for proper operation of the website.
  • analytical cookies – collect data about the use of the website, e.g. number of visits, time spent on the website.
     

Cookies do not contain personal information or are not used to track Users outside of incubly.com website.
